SCHOOL PROGRAMS
High School Assembly Speaker
Dr. Elisabeth "Liz" Willers brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and personal story to high school stages across the region. Liz speaks candidly to students and faculty about the mental health challenges facing today's teens — and introduces practical, evidence-based tools they can actually use. Her talks are engaging, science-backed, and deeply human.
“I have had multiple people come up to me saying that the way you spoke about mental health didn’t bore them or sound like the same old message we always get, and that they understood the message better because of that fact.”

“I liked the second part of the presentation: it included some specific language and scenarios as well as real life examples that were very accessible. I liked the emphasis on how “small steps” could be enough to save someone’s life.”

“I honestly loved the workshop working on our social skills. At first it was uncomfortable, but I loved the games we played.”
"Young people need more than information. They need practical tools, trusted relationships, real-world experiences, and supportive communities."
