INTO THE LIGHT - SUNRISE 5K

Join us for Into the Light, a sunrise 5K at Percy Warner Park in Nashville! Start your day with an inspiring run or walk, connect with a community of like-minded people, and celebrate mental health awareness. Whether you’re an early riser, a passionate runner, or simply looking for a meaningful way to support the cause, this event is for you. Come be part of a morning full of hope, connection, and positive energy as the sun rises over the park.

Suggested Arrival: 5:00-5:15 AM
Race Start: 5:30 AM (race finishes at sunrise, ~6:30 AM)
Location: Percy Warner Park – Grandstand adjacent to Steeplechase, Nashville, TN

Registration Fee:
(Price includes Thursday night party, but registration is required)

Early Bird - Before Feb 1: $30 (18 and under), $40 (adult)

Standard - After Feb 1: $40 (18 and under), $50 (18+)

Shipping add-on: $10 flat fee

T-shirt Pick-Up Party:

• Thursday, Feb 26 at Percy Warner Golf Shelter, 4–7pm

• Free pizza & drinks provided. RSVP required.

• T-shirts will also be shipped for an additional fee.

Extras:

• Glow in the dark wristbands for runners and dogs

• Commemorative posters available for purchase
